We will provide you the business phone number to be used by the Business. This number will be forwarded to any device that you choose. As part of your local marketing, this number must be dedicated to your Clear Pest Pros Business. You must maintain a 24-hour answering system on this business number, use an approved script for answering calls, and you must continually list the Clear Pest Pros Business in the primary Internet and telephone directory servicing the Territory and, at a minimum, to maintain a trademark listing advertising your Business in the primary directory servicing the Territory.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Clear Pest Pros' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Clear Pest Pros will provide a business phone number for the franchisee to use. This number can be forwarded to any device the franchisee chooses.
As part of the franchisee's local marketing efforts, this phone number must be dedicated solely to the Clear Pest Pros business. The franchisee is obligated to maintain a 24-hour answering system for this number and use a script approved by Clear Pest Pros when answering calls.
Furthermore, the franchisee must consistently list the Clear Pest Pros business in the primary Internet and telephone directories that serve their territory. At a minimum, the franchisee needs to maintain a trademark listing advertising their Clear Pest Pros business in the primary directory for their territory.
