Does Clear Pest Pros provide advice on the financial and daily operation of the Clear Pest Pros business?

According to Clear Pest Pros' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, after opening a Clear Pest Pros business, franchisees will have access to information helpful to the operation of their business. This access is based on reports submitted to Clear Pest Pros and/or inspections made by them. Clear Pest Pros will furnish guidance to franchisees, as needed, regarding the financial and daily operation of the Clear Pest Pros business, including its accounting and record keeping functions.

This support also extends to new products, services, and methods discovered or developed for the Clear Pest Pros system, as well as guidance on purchasing and using supplies and products. Clear Pest Pros will also assist with the formulation and implementation of marketing, advertising, and promotional programs, utilizing merchandising, advertising, and research data developed for the franchisee's local market. Additionally, Clear Pest Pros offers support for the required franchise software management system and periodic modifications to the Operations Manuals and System Standards.

Clear Pest Pros also requires franchisees to use their Clear Pest Pros CRM cloud-based software system to manage cash flow and daily operating activities. The cost of the software is $750 per month for up to four technicians. Franchisees are also required to utilize QuickBooks Online Accounting Software, to which Clear Pest Pros will have independent access. Franchisees must also furnish Clear Pest Pros with financial statements and other reports, and maintain all records, reports, and financial statements for a period of five years during and following the termination, transfer, or expiration of the Franchise Agreement.
