We grant franchises for the establishment and operation of a business that offers, among other things, pest management for all manner of ants, spiders, roaches, stinging pests, flying pests and rodents on a recurring and/or one time basis ("pest control"). Specialty services will also be provided for mosquitoes, termites and bed bugs. Some markets/owners will have the option to include bat and squirrel removal and wildlife exclusions under the "Clear Pest Pros" Mark(s), using our distinctive operating procedures and standards ("Services") in a limited protected territory and from a single location ("Business"). Our target customers are primarily homeowners with home values of $150,000 and above and Estimated Median Household Incomes in excess of $60,000. You will operate your Clear Pest Pros Business under the trademarks for use in connection with Clear Pest Pros Businesses, including, but not limited to the word mark "Clear Pest Pros" and the "Clear Pest Pros" design set forth in Item 13 ("Marks").
We offer franchises for new businesses as well as conversion franchises for existing pest control businesses that want to convert to the Clear Pest Pros System. The distinguishing characteristics of a Clear Pest Pros Business include, but are not limited to, the Clear Pest Pros distinctive trade dress, proprietary designs and techniques, operations methods, inventory, procedures for management, training, advertising, and promotional programs, all of which may be changed, improved or further developed by us at any time (the "System")
