the transferee must obtain, within the time limits set by us, and maintain thereafter, all permits and licenses required for the operation of the Clear Pest Pros Business;
E. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS.
You will, at your expense, secure and maintain in force all required licenses, permits, and certificates relating to the operation of the Clear Pest Pros Business and shall operate the Clear Pest Pros Business in full compliance with all applicable local, state and federal laws, rules and regulations. You must, at your expense, comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations that apply to businesses in general. It is your responsibility to investigate the federal, state and local laws and regulations that pertain to your business. You must maintain your license(s) in good standing with the licensing authority for the entire term of this Agreement and all renewals.
You will notify us in writing within five (5) days of the commencement of any action, suit, or proceeding for the issuance of any order, writ, injunction, award or decree or any court, agency or other governmental instrumentality which may adversely affect the operation or financial condition of the Clear Pest Pros Business.
