What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Clear Pest Pros FDD, participation in the NORA (National or Regional Account) program is optional. Clear Pest Pros may provide referrals through the NORA program if it is established.
Clear Pest Pros has the exclusive right to negotiate and enter into agreements with NORA customers, which are defined as customers who manage or control businesses in more than one location. If Clear Pest Pros secures a contract with a NORA customer in a franchisee's territory, the franchisee may have the opportunity to provide services if they are qualified and in substantial compliance with the Franchise Agreement.
However, the franchisee must adhere to Clear Pest Pros' performance standards and the NORA's service guidelines. Franchisees may be required to enter into a service agreement to participate in specific NORA programs. If a franchisee is unable or unwilling to provide services to a NORA customer under the contract terms, Clear Pest Pros has the right to provide the services themselves or contract with another party, in which case the original franchisee will not receive any proceeds from those services.
