5.2 Related Franchisee Package
If you are currently a franchisee in good standing, as determined by us, with one of our franchising affiliates (a "Related Franchisee"), then you may qualify to purchase a Clear Pest Pros Business with discounted initial fees.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Clear Pest Pros' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Clear Pest Pros does offer additional financing to franchisees purchasing Standard Territories who meet their credit standards. Item 10 of the FDD provides more detail on this financing.
For Conversion Franchisees, if they qualify for Clear Pest Pros' financing as described in Item 10, they may only pay 25% of the Initial Franchise Fee upon signing the Franchise Agreement. This means the initial payment for the Initial Franchise Fee would be $6,250.
