You must contribute two percent (2%) of your Gross Sales monthly to the Brand Marketing Fund (the "Brand Marketing Fee") in the manner we prescribe. This amount is uniform for all franchisees. Company-owned locations may, but are not required to, contribute to the Brand Marketing Fund at the same rate.
You are required to use our Clear Pest Pros CRM (customer relationship management) cloudbased software system. You access Clear Pest Pros CRM from a tablet or computer. This system provides you the ability to manage cash flow and daily operating activities. The cost of the software is $750 per month for up to four technicians.
We reserve the right to charge a fee per month or otherwise for this toll-free number and forwarding call service. (Section 2.I of the Franchise Agreement).

According to Clear Pest Pros' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to pay a few different fees on a monthly basis.
