Upon your request, we may, but are not obligated to, award you an additional Clear Pest Pros Business or additional Territory, but any decision to do so will be in our sole discretion and judgment. At a minimum, to be considered for an additional Franchise you must have sufficient capital and equipment to market and service both your Territory and the additional Territory at the same time and be in compliance with your franchise agreement.
If you are approved for an expansion territory, you must sign a new Franchise Agreement and pay the appropriate fee in full. The Initial Package Fee may be reduced or waived in our sole discretion for franchisees who qualify to expand; however, we reserve the right to require you to purchase the targeted marketing portion of the Initial Package at our sole discretion. You may not, without our prior written permission, solicit or perform services for customers geographically located within the proposed Territory until you have purchased the Territory and signed a then current Franchise Agreement.

According to Clear Pest Pros' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the decision to award an additional Clear Pest Pros franchise or territory is at the sole discretion and judgment of the franchisor. However, there are minimum requirements that a franchisee must meet to be considered for an additional franchise.
To be considered for an additional Clear Pest Pros franchise, a franchisee must have sufficient capital and equipment to effectively market to and service both their existing territory and the additional territory simultaneously. Additionally, the franchisee must be in compliance with the existing franchise agreement.
If a Clear Pest Pros franchisee is approved for an expansion territory, they must sign a new Franchise Agreement and pay the appropriate fee in full. The Initial Package Fee may be reduced or waived at Clear Pest Pros' discretion for franchisees who qualify to expand. However, Clear Pest Pros reserves the right to require the franchisee to purchase the targeted marketing portion of the Initial Package at their sole discretion. A franchisee may not solicit or perform services for customers geographically located within the proposed territory until they have purchased the territory and signed a then-current Franchise Agreement.
