The Initial Training will last up to twelve (12) days in duration at our headquarters or another location designated by us. You will be responsible for all travel and living expenses that you and your employees/owners incur for this Initial Training.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Initial Training for a Clear Pest Pros franchise is up to twelve days in duration. This training takes place at Clear Pest Pros headquarters or another location that they designate.
The Managing Owner or Designated General Manager must complete this Initial Training to the satisfaction of Clear Pest Pros. Failure to do so can result in the termination of the Franchise Agreement. The Initial Training cannot start until all fees due to Clear Pest Pros have been paid and must be completed within four months of the agreement's effective date.
Prospective franchisees should also be aware that they are responsible for all travel and living expenses incurred by themselves and their employees/owners during the Initial Training. This could represent a significant additional cost on top of the franchise and initial package fees. Franchisees may also designate additional people to attend the training on a space-available basis, for an additional fee.
