Franchisees must keep any copies of the Operations Manuals and System Standards current and in a secure location in the principal office of Clear Pest Pros Business. Franchisees may not at any time copy, duplicate, record, or otherwise reproduce any part of the Operations Manuals or System Standards. If all or any of the Operations Manuals or System Standards are lost, destroyed, or significantly damaged, the franchisee promises to obtain replacements at Clear Pest Pros's then applicable charge. Failure to substantially comply with the System Standards may be considered a breach of the Franchise Agreement.
