What items are currently included in the Clear Pest Pros Initial Package?

You must purchase the Initial Package as described and listed above in Item 5 and in the Franchise Agreement. The items included in the Initial Package may change to reflect the changing needs of the Clear Pest Pros Business in accordance with System procedures, and changes in suppliers and/or product specifications, but currently include logo-wear, tablet, backpack sprayer, printed material, consumables, vehicle magnets, promotional items, and an allowance for the purchase of required van graphics. If we remove some of the items required to be purchased, the purchase price of which will be prorated in accordance with which items you need not purchase. We retain the right to derive revenue or other material consideration from required purchases and leases of products and services.
Some of our officers have an ownership interest in our affiliates BELFOR, and BHI. There are no other suppliers in which any of our officers own an interest at this time, although they reserve the right to do so in the future.
The marketing materials and trademarked office supplies that are included in the Initial Package are shipped, F.O.B. from our approved supplier(s).
While most franchisees choose to order items using our Marks from our approved suppliers, you are only required to do so when you order your Initial Package and vehicle decals.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Clear Pest Pros Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must purchase an Initial Package. The contents of this package are subject to change based on the evolving needs of the Clear Pest Pros business, system procedures, supplier changes, and product specifications.
As of the current FDD, the Initial Package includes logo-wear, a tablet, a backpack sprayer, printed material, consumables, vehicle magnets, promotional items, and an allowance for the purchase of required van graphics. If Clear Pest Pros removes any items from the required purchase, the purchase price will be adjusted accordingly.
Clear Pest Pros retains the right to receive revenue or other material benefits from the required purchases and leases of products and services. Franchisees should be aware that while most items using Clear Pest Pros's marks can be ordered from third-party suppliers after the initial purchase, the Initial Package and vehicle decals must be sourced from approved suppliers.
