What items containing Clear Pest Pros marks must be removed and delivered after termination?

According to Clear Pest Pros's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, upon termination of the franchise agreement, the franchisee is obligated to remove and deliver specific items that bear Clear Pest Pros marks. Within five days of termination, the franchisee must deliver the Operations Manual and all copies, proprietary information, confidential material, Required Software (including the Clear Pest Pros Software), signs, sign-faces, marketing and advertising materials, forms, uniform patches, and decals (or proof of their removal). These items must be delivered to Clear Pest Pros.

Additionally, the franchisee is required to remove all signage from vehicles and storefronts. If the franchisee fails to remove all displays of the marks within five days after termination or expiration of the agreement, Clear Pest Pros has the right to enter the Clear Pest Pros Business to remove them. The franchisee consents to this entry and agrees not to file any complaints against Clear Pest Pros for trespass or any other violation or claim.
