What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Clear Pest Pros Franchise Disclosure Document, the geographic territory awarded to a franchisee is referred to as the "Territory". Clear Pest Pros franchisees are allowed to advertise, solicit business, and perform services within this designated area, as outlined in Section 1 of the Franchise Agreement.

However, the FDD also states that under certain conditions, other franchisees, Company Stores, or Clear Pest Pros affiliates may also solicit and perform services within the franchisee's Territory. The specific conditions under which this is allowed are detailed in Section 1 of the Franchise Agreement, which is included as Exhibit A to the FDD.

Prospective franchisees should carefully review Section 1 of the Franchise Agreement to fully understand the extent to which their territory is protected and what limitations or exceptions may apply. Understanding these conditions is crucial for assessing the potential for competition within the assigned territory and the overall viability of the franchise.
