What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Clear Pest Pros Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to pay a monthly software fee for the Clear Pest Pros Software. This fee, referred to as the "Software Fee," is paid in the same manner and at the same time as the monthly Royalty fee. Franchisees must also sign and maintain a quarterly renewable Clear Pest Pros Software licensing agreement.

In addition to the Software Fee, Clear Pest Pros franchisees must also pay a monthly technology fee. This "Technology Fee" covers expenses related to website hosting, email hosting, business phone services, and other required technology or marketing-related costs. Similar to the Software Fee, the Technology Fee is paid in the same manner and at the same time as the monthly Royalty.

Prospective Clear Pest Pros franchisees should be aware of these ongoing technology-related fees, as they contribute to the overall cost of operating the franchise. Understanding the specific amounts and payment schedules for both the Software Fee and the Technology Fee is crucial for budgeting and financial planning. Franchisees should also inquire about any potential changes to these fees and the terms of the software licensing agreement.
