You may designate, with our approval and on a "space available" basis, additional persons to attend other sessions of the Initial Training for which you will be charged our then-current Initial Training fee. In addition, each person we approve to attend the Initial Training will be required to sign our then-current form of confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement before the start of training. The Initial Training fee will be due and payable before the start of the training program and you will be responsible for the payment of all travel and living expenses incurred by your designees while training.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Clear Pest Pros Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees may designate additional people to attend Initial Training sessions, subject to Clear Pest Pros's approval and space availability. Clear Pest Pros will charge its then-current Initial Training fee for each approved attendee.

Each person approved to attend the Initial Training must sign Clear Pest Pros's current confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement before training begins. The Initial Training fee is due before the start of the training program.

The franchisee is responsible for covering all travel and living expenses incurred by their designees during the training period. This means that in addition to the Initial Training fee, franchisees must also budget for transportation, accommodation, and meals for each additional person attending the training.
