The rent estimate is based on Clear Pest Pros's experience in Florida and Georgia.

The document also notes that the initial investment will be much greater if a franchisee purchases real estate and constructs their premises, but Clear Pest Pros does not provide any estimate of those costs. The amount of leasehold improvements required will depend on the condition of the selected location. If operating from home, no leasehold improvements may be necessary. However, if operating from a commercial space, franchisees may need to spend money to fit the space for the Clear Pest Pros business.
