Can Clear Pest Pros change the required services at their discretion?

TRICTIONS ON WHAT THE FRANCHISEE MAY SELL**

You must offer and provide only and all of the services that we periodically require for Clear Pest Pros franchisees in the manner that we prescribe, and you may only provide the services we have approved for Clear Pest Pros Businesses ("Services"). You may not market or perform any other services, except the Services, without our express, prior written approval. There are no limits on our right to periodically change required and/or authorized services and service categories, and we may do so at our discretion.

As described in Item 12, you may not advertise or service in any way, any customers outside the Territory, even if the area has not been awarded to another Clear Pest Pros Business or Company Store, without our prior written permission.

We will provide you with guidance regarding setting minimum and/or maximum pricing of services and hours of operation, but you will set your own pricing and schedules. You are required to hire all employees and make any other staffing decisions. You, or if you are an entity, your Managing Owner or Designated General Manager, will be required to devote your full-time best efforts to operate and maintain your Business.

According to Clear Pest Pros's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Clear Pest Pros has the right to periodically change the required and/or authorized services and service categories at their discretion. As a franchisee, you must offer and provide all the services that Clear Pest Pros requires and only provide the services they have approved for Clear Pest Pros Businesses. Prior written approval is needed to market or perform any other services outside of those approved.

Clear Pest Pros may also develop new services, but they are not obligated to offer franchisees the right to provide these new services. If new services are offered, Clear Pest Pros may impose additional requirements such as additional training, purchase of equipment, payment of fees, and execution of additional agreements. Franchisees are required to participate in these new services as instructed by Clear Pest Pros. Clear Pest Pros can also discontinue services at their discretion, which would then require the franchisee to discontinue offering those services as well.
