The Managing Owner or, if applicable, the Designated Manager, must attend the Convention every year if one is offered. The Managing Owner or, if applicable, Designated Manager also must attend periodic refresher training courses and conferences,, at the times and locations we determine, and for which we may charge fees. In states where continued education is offered, these training(s) and conferences may provide CEU credits toward your regulatory license renewal(s). We will determine the duration, curriculum, and location of any such sessions. You will be responsible for all travel and living expenses that are incurred by you or your employees/owners while attending such sessions. Some of these events may occur outside of your home state. We will determine the duration, curriculum, and location of any of these sessions. The curriculum for online training and these events can include, but is not limited to, technical training, business plan analysis, marketing, profitability, and maximizing your business opportunities. You must pay for all registration fees, travel and living expenses that you incur while attending such sessions.
