The Managing Owner or, if applicable, the Designated Manager, must attend the Convention every year if one is offered. The Managing Owner or, if applicable, Designated Manager also must attend periodic refresher training courses and conferences,, at the times and locations we determine, and for which we may charge fees. In states where continued education is offered, these training(s) and conferences may provide CEU credits toward your regulatory license renewal(s). We will determine the duration, curriculum, and location of any such sessions. You will be responsible for all travel and living expenses that are incurred by you or your employees/owners while attending such sessions. Some of these events may occur outside of your home state. We will determine the duration, curriculum, and location of any of these sessions. The curriculum for online training and these events can include, but is not limited to, technical training, business plan analysis, marketing, profitability, and maximizing your business opportunities. You must pay for all registration fees, travel and living expenses that you incur while attending such sessions.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Clear Pest Pros FDD, attendance at the annual Clear Pest Pros Convention is mandatory for specific individuals. The Managing Owner or, if applicable, the Designated Manager, must attend the Convention every year if one is offered by Clear Pest Pros.
In addition to the annual convention, the Managing Owner or Designated Manager must also attend periodic refresher training courses and conferences. Clear Pest Pros determines the times and locations for these events and may charge fees for attendance. The franchisee is responsible for all travel and living expenses incurred while attending the convention, refresher training courses, and conferences, for both themselves and their employees/owners. These events may take place outside of the franchisee's home state. The curriculum for online training and these events can include technical training, business plan analysis, marketing, profitability, and maximizing business opportunities. Franchisees must also pay all registration fees associated with these events.
