anging consumer demands. As a consequence, changes, modifications, and variations to the Systems Standards may be required periodically to preserve and enhance the public image of the System and enhance the operational efficiency of all Clear Pest Pros franchisees.

You, therefore, agree that we may periodically, and upon reasonable notice to you, add to, modify, phase out, or change the System, including without limitation, the adoption and use of new or modified trademarks, uniforms, signs, vehicle types, telephone numbers and technologies, products, equipment, services, techniques, proprietary software, non-proprietary software, methodologies and sales strategies. You promise to promptly accept, implement, use, and display in the operation of your Clear Pest Pros Business, all such additions, modifications, and changes at your expense.

All products and materials must meet System Standards and specifications for representation of the Marks, and be pre-approved by us regardless of the supplier. In the event you wish to purchase an unapproved item, including inventory, and/or acquire approved items from an unapproved supplier, you must provide us a written request for approval, including a proof of the materials you wish to order and provide us with a fee to cover our expenses, which is currently $500 per request. We will notify you in writing of our approval or disapproval within ten (10) days of receipt of the materials and your written request.

The franchisor may modify the provisions related to the website. Additionally, Clear Pest Pros can modify System Standards, which franchisees must comply with immediately upon notification. These standards are specified and amended in the Operations Manual or in writing.

Furthermore, Clear Pest Pros can modify the minimum insurance requirements for franchisees with 30 days' prior written notice, and franchisees must comply within the specified time. The franchisee may request amendments to the Franchise Agreement, which will incur an administrative fee. Overall, the agreement allows Clear Pest Pros considerable latitude to make changes to the System Standards, website, and other operational aspects, requiring franchisees to adapt to these changes to maintain compliance and operate their business effectively.
