What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Clean Your Dirty Face's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, any waiver or reduction of obligations can be revoked. Clean Your Dirty Face or the franchisee can unilaterally waive or reduce any obligation or restriction on the other party through a written instrument. This becomes effective upon delivery of written notice or on another date specified in the waiver notice.

However, this waiver is not indefinite. Clean Your Dirty Face retains the right to reverse the waiver. The initial granting of the waiver does not prevent either party from exercising any other rights they possess.

Clean Your Dirty Face can revoke a previously granted waiver at any time, for any reason. To do so, they must provide ten days' prior written notice to the franchisee. This ensures the franchisee has advance warning that the waiver is being rescinded and the original obligation or restriction is being reinstated.
