What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Clean Your Dirty Face's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, initial inspection visits or mystery shopping reviews are conducted without a fee. However, Clean Your Dirty Face will charge a fee for subsequent inspections under specific circumstances.
Specifically, if a Clean Your Dirty Face franchisee fails an inspection or mystery shopping review, the franchisee will be charged for any subsequent inspections required to confirm that the deficiencies have been corrected. The current fee for these subsequent inspections is $1,000 per inspection.
In addition to failing an inspection, Clean Your Dirty Face will also charge the franchisee for subsequent inspections if the franchisor or its representatives are prevented from properly inspecting the business. This includes situations where the franchisee or their personnel refuse entry to the premises. The franchisee is also responsible for reimbursing Clean Your Dirty Face for actual costs and expenses related to these inspections, including travel and living expenses incurred by the franchisor's representatives.
