What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Clean Your Dirty Face's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise fee is generally not refundable. The standard initial franchise fee for a CYDF Facial Bar is $50,000, payable in a lump sum upon signing the Franchise Agreement. This fee remains non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances. Even if a franchisee commits to developing multiple CYDF Facial Bars under a Multi-Unit Development Rider (MUDR), with total initial fees ranging from $50,000 to $150,000, these fees are also non-refundable.

This non-refundable policy is further reinforced in Item 22 of the FDD, which states that the initial franchise fee is considered fully earned by Clean Your Dirty Face upon the signing of the agreement. The fee must be paid via wire transfer or another method specified by the franchisor. This policy is consistently applied and the initial franchise fee is not refundable, either in whole or in part, under any circumstances.

Item 7 also confirms that, except as otherwise provided, none of the amounts payable to Clean Your Dirty Face or its affiliates are refundable under any circumstances. This includes the initial franchise fee, as well as the Skin Boss Training fee, and the opening inventory purchase. Prospective franchisees should be aware that this non-refundable policy is a standard practice for Clean Your Dirty Face, and they should carefully consider their decision before signing the Franchise Agreement and paying the initial fee.
