What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Clean Your Dirty Face's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if you transfer your franchise, the transferee or its Operating Partner must satisfactorily complete the then-current Clean Your Dirty Face Training Program. This requirement ensures that the new operator is properly trained to maintain the standards of the Clean Your Dirty Face brand.

This condition is one of several that must be met for Clean Your Dirty Face to approve a franchise transfer. Other conditions include demonstrating sufficient business experience, aptitude, integrity, and financial resources, as well as fulfilling all outstanding financial obligations to Clean Your Dirty Face. The transferee must also not have an ownership interest in a competitive business.

Additionally, the transferee must sign Clean Your Dirty Face's current form of franchise agreement, which may have different terms than the original agreement. A transfer fee of $25,000 is also required. Meeting the training requirement is therefore a key step in ensuring a smooth and approved transfer of the Clean Your Dirty Face franchise.
