Prior to the Opening Date, you (or your Operating Partner) and all your estheticians must attend our 3-day in-person Skin Boss Training program at our corporate training center (currently, located in Chicago, Illinois). Before attending the Skin Boss Training, you must pay us or cause your attendees to pay us our Skin Boss Training fee, which is currently $750 per person. All replacement estheticians and Operating Partner, must complete our Skin Boss Training program at our corporate training center before providing services to the customers of your Business and pay our then-current Skin Boss Training fee.
Prior to the Opening Date, at least one (1) of your staff members must successfully complete our Receptionist Training. The initial Receptionist Training program is a 2-day in-person training program that is conducted at our corporate training center (currently, located in Chicago, Illinois); however, we may choose to provide the Receptionist Training to any replacement staff member virtually, via the Internet. We do not charge any fee for providing the Receptionist Training.
We will provide the Training Program at the times and locations we determine in our sole discretion, which may include conducting the training remotely via live or pre-recorded videos. We shall also determine, in our sole discretion, the length and content of the Training Program. We reserve the right to vary the Training Program based on the experience and skill level of the individual(s) attending.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Clean Your Dirty Face Franchise Disclosure Document, there is a fee for the Skin Boss Training program. Prior to the opening date, franchisees (or their Operating Partner) and all estheticians must attend the 3-day in-person Skin Boss Training program at Clean Your Dirty Face's corporate training center, which is currently located in Chicago, Illinois. Before attending the Skin Boss Training, the franchisee must pay Clean Your Dirty Face a Skin Boss Training fee, which is currently $750 per person.
Replacement estheticians and Operating Partners must also complete the Skin Boss Training program before providing services to customers and pay the then-current Skin Boss Training fee. Clean Your Dirty Face may also require the Operating Partner and all estheticians to attend the Skin Boss Retraining program at least once every twelve months, with a fee of $750 per person for the retraining.
If a trainee fails to satisfactorily complete the Training Program, Clean Your Dirty Face reserves the right to require additional training, for which they will charge their then-current additional training fee. The franchisee is also responsible for ensuring that all staff members are adequately trained before providing any services at the business and that all estheticians are duly licensed and certified by Clean Your Dirty Face.
