What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Clean Your Dirty Face's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Skin Boss Training program is currently located in Chicago, Illinois. This is a 3-day in-person training program that you (or your Operating Partner) and all your estheticians must attend before commencing operations of your Clean Your Dirty Face Facial Bar.
Before attending the Skin Boss Training, you must pay Clean Your Dirty Face a Skin Boss Training fee, which is currently $750 per person. You are also responsible for all travel and living expenses, including wages, transportation, food, lodging, and workers' compensation insurance, that your trainees incur to attend the training program. Clean Your Dirty Face may, in its sole discretion, require your Operating Partner and all your estheticians to attend the Skin Boss Retraining program at least once every 12 months, which also carries a fee of $750 per person.
Clean Your Dirty Face retains the right to modify the training program, including the location, content, and length, based on the experience and skill level of the attendees. They may also replace any portion of the in-person training with virtual training via live or pre-recorded videos. Scheduling of the Training Program is based on your and their availability, training facility availability and your Clean Your Dirty Face Facial Bar's projected opening date. If you or your trainees fail to satisfactorily complete the Training Program, Clean Your Dirty Face may require additional training, which will incur further fees.
