- Prior to opening your CYDF Facial Bar, you (or your Operating Partner) and all your estheticians must attend the 3-day in-person Skin Boss Training program at our corporate training center (currently located in Chicago, Illinois). Our Skin Boss Training fee is $750 per person. We estimate that you will send between 5 to 10 trainees (including your Operating Partner) for the Skin Boss Training program. Therefore, prior to attending the Skin Boss training, you must pay us in lump sum (or cause your trainees to pay us) a nonrefundable Skin Boss training fee in the range of $3,750 to $7,500. You are also responsible for all the travel and living expenses (including wages, transportation, food, lodging, and workers' compensation insurance) that your trainees incur to attend any and all training courses and programs.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Clean Your Dirty Face's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Skin Boss Training fee must be paid as incurred. Specifically, the franchisee must pay the Skin Boss training fee to Clean Your Dirty Face prior to attending the training.
The FDD states that the Skin Boss Training fee ranges from $3,750 to $7,500, depending on the number of trainees (between 5 to 10) sent to the 3-day in-person Skin Boss Training program at Clean Your Dirty Face's corporate training center. The cost for the Skin Boss Training fee itself is $750 per person. This fee is nonrefundable.
In addition to the Skin Boss Training fee, the franchisee is also responsible for all travel and living expenses incurred by the trainees, including wages, transportation, food, lodging, and workers' compensation insurance. The estimated initial investment for the Skin Boss Training fee and travel expenses is between $5,500 and $10,000, which is also due as incurred.
