You may only operate your CYDF Facial Bar at the Premises we approve. You may not relocate your CYDF Facial Bar to a location other than the Premises or open additional locations without our prior written approval. If we allow you to relocate your CYDF Facial Bar, you will be assessed a relocation fee for the services we provide in connection with your relocation, including reviewing and approving a new site and lease, assisting with the design and construction of the new site, assisting with suppliers for the new site, training and other onsite opening services.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Clean Your Dirty Face's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if Clean Your Dirty Face allows a franchisee to relocate their CYDF Facial Bar, the franchisee will be assessed a relocation fee. This fee covers services that Clean Your Dirty Face provides in connection with the relocation.
The services covered by the relocation fee include reviewing and approving a new site and lease for the Clean Your Dirty Face location. Clean Your Dirty Face also assists with the design and construction of the new site, ensuring it meets brand standards and operational requirements.
In addition to site-related assistance, Clean Your Dirty Face provides support with suppliers for the new location. They also offer training and other onsite opening services to help ensure a smooth transition and successful launch at the relocated Clean Your Dirty Face Facial Bar.
