Does Clean Your Dirty Face have the right to designate a manager for the transferee?

According to the 2025 Clean Your Dirty Face Franchise Disclosure Document, Clean Your Dirty Face has the right to designate a manager for the transferee. Before Clean Your Dirty Face will consent to a franchise transfer, the transferee (or its Operating Partner) and any other manager Clean Your Dirty Face designates must satisfactorily complete the then-current Training Program.

This condition ensures that the new management team is adequately trained in the Clean Your Dirty Face system. It also allows Clean Your Dirty Face to maintain its brand standards and operational consistency across all franchise locations.

For a prospective franchisee, this means that if they plan to transfer their franchise, the person taking over the business, as well as any manager designated by Clean Your Dirty Face, will need to undergo and successfully complete the required training program.
