What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Clean Your Dirty Face Franchise Disclosure Document, the terms of the Rider form an integral part of the 1st First Franchise Agreement. Any references to the 1st First Franchise Agreement shall mean the agreement as amended by the terms and conditions of this Rider. In the event of a conflict between the 1st First Franchise Agreement and this Rider, the terms and conditions of the Rider shall govern, control, and supersede any inconsistent or conflicting terms.

For a Clean Your Dirty Face franchisee, this means that the Rider modifies the original franchise agreement and takes precedence in case of any discrepancies. It is important to carefully review both the original agreement and the Rider to understand the complete set of terms and conditions governing the franchise relationship.

This clause ensures that the most current understanding between Clean Your Dirty Face and the franchisee is upheld, providing clarity and potentially overriding older terms that may no longer be applicable. Franchisees should pay close attention to any areas where the Rider introduces changes or additions to the original agreement to fully understand their rights and obligations.
