What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Clean Your Dirty Face Franchise Disclosure Document, Clean Your Dirty Face has no right or duty to direct a franchisee's employees. The franchisee is solely responsible for the terms and conditions of employment of their employees. This means that the franchisee has complete control over hiring, firing, training, scheduling, and managing their employees, without interference from Clean Your Dirty Face.
This arrangement is typical in franchising, where franchisees are considered independent business owners. This independence allows franchisees to tailor their staffing to the specific needs of their location and local labor market. However, it also means that the franchisee bears the full responsibility for complying with all employment laws and regulations.
For a prospective Clean Your Dirty Face franchisee, this independence offers both opportunities and challenges. The franchisee has the freedom to build a team that aligns with their business goals and local market conditions. However, they must also be prepared to handle all aspects of employee management, including recruitment, training, performance reviews, and potential disciplinary actions. Clean Your Dirty Face will not be involved in these day-to-day operational decisions related to employees.
