What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Clean Your Dirty Face Franchise Disclosure Document, Clean Your Dirty Face may require additional training under certain circumstances. If a franchisee, their Operating Partner, or required managers/assistant managers do not satisfactorily complete the initial Training Program, Clean Your Dirty Face can mandate additional training, charging a training fee. The current additional training fee is $1,000 per 8-hour day, plus reimbursement for actual costs and expenses. Clean Your Dirty Face determines the time and location of this additional training.

Clean Your Dirty Face also retains the right to require an Operating Partner and all estheticians to attend a Skin Boss Retraining program at least once every 12 months, with a current fee of $750 per person. The FDD also states that Clean Your Dirty Face will provide additional training as required during the operation of the CYDF Facial Bar.

These stipulations mean that franchisees must budget not only for the initial training but also for potential ongoing training expenses. Failure to comply with Clean Your Dirty Face's training requirements could lead to individuals being barred from providing services at the CYDF Facial Bar until the required training is completed. Franchisees are also responsible for all travel and living expenses incurred during any training programs for themselves and their trainees, as well as the travel and living expenses for Clean Your Dirty Face's trainers when they conduct training at the franchisee's location.
