Can Clean Your Dirty Face require a Clean Your Dirty Face franchisee to accept certain client memberships?

sale any services or products that we at any time decide to disapprove in writing.
You must, at all times, purchase and display on the retail shelves at your CYDF Facial Bar such levels of retail products inventory and branded merchandise that we may periodically specify. We may require that you accept certain client memberships as valid at your CYDF Facial Bar, and we may establish a reciprocity program between some or all CYDF Facial Bars, in which case you must participate in such programs upon our request and comply with the standards and requirements of such program(s).
If at any time (including after our initial approval) we determine that you fail to meet our specifications and standards in connection with your CYDF Facial Bar's offering and sale of products or services, we may permanently or temporarily terminate your right to offer these products or services.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Clean Your Dirty Face's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Clean Your Dirty Face may require franchisees to accept certain client memberships as valid at their CYDF Facial Bar. Clean Your Dirty Face may also establish a reciprocity program between some or all CYDF Facial Bars. If a reciprocity program is established, franchisees must participate in such programs upon request and comply with the standards and requirements of the program.
Clean Your Dirty Face also has the right to assign memberships to a franchisee, who, upon notice from Clean Your Dirty Face, must honor those memberships under the existing membership agreement's terms and conditions. The franchisee will only receive the payments that accrue from the time of assignment according to the applicable membership agreement.
Clean Your Dirty Face establishes System Standards regarding memberships. These standards may regulate the types and terms of memberships offered, the form of membership agreements, the terms and conditions for membership transfers between CYDF Facial Bars, admission of members to other CYDF Facial Bars, procedures for membership transfers, use and acceptance of coupons, passes, and certificates, group accounts and memberships, membership discounts, and payment terms for memberships. Clean Your Dirty Face retains the right to suspend, revoke, or terminate a franchisee's right to offer memberships at any time.
