Before commencing the operations of your CYDF Facial Bar, you (or your Operating Partner) and all your estheticians must attend our 3-day in-person Skin Boss Training program at our corporate training center (currently, Chicago, Illinois). Before attending the Skin Boss Training, you must pay us or cause your attendees to pay us our Skin Boss Training fee, which is currently $750 per person. All replacement estheticians and Operating Partner must complete our Skin Boss Training program at our corporate training center (currently, Chicago, Illinois) before providing services to the customers of your CYDF Facial Bar and pay our then-current Skin Boss Training fee.
Before commencing the operations of your CYDF Facial Bar, at least one of your staff members must successfully complete our "Receptionist Training." The initial Receptionist Training program is a 2-day in-person training program that is conducted at our corporate training center (currently, Chicago, Illinois); however, we may choose to provide the Receptionist Training to any replacement staff member virtually, via the Internet. We do not charge any fee for providing the Receptionist Training.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Clean Your Dirty Face's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, several individuals associated with the franchise receive training before the CYDF Facial Bar commences operations. The franchisee, or their Operating Partner, along with all estheticians, must attend the 3-day in-person Skin Boss Training program. This training takes place at Clean Your Dirty Face's corporate training center, which is currently located in Chicago, Illinois. There is a Skin Boss Training fee of $750 per person.
In addition to the Skin Boss Training, at least one staff member must successfully complete the Receptionist Training. This initial Receptionist Training program is a 2-day in-person training program conducted at the corporate training center in Chicago. However, Clean Your Dirty Face may choose to provide Receptionist Training to any replacement staff member virtually via the Internet. There is no fee for the Receptionist Training.
Clean Your Dirty Face may also require the franchisee (or their Operating Partner), managers, and other employees to attend training. The franchisee (or their Operating Partner) must satisfactorily complete the Training Program before opening or operating the CYDF Facial Bar. If the franchisee, Operating Partner, managers, or assistant managers fail to complete the Training Program satisfactorily, Clean Your Dirty Face may require them to attend additional training, for which a fee will be charged. The franchisee is responsible for ensuring that all employees who have not attended the Training Program are adequately trained before providing any services at the CYDF Facial Bar.
