The Skin Boss Training program is a 3-day in-person program held at Clean Your Dirty Face's corporate training center in Chicago, Illinois. There is a Skin Boss Training fee of $750 per person. The Receptionist Training program is a 2-day in-person program at the corporate training center, but Clean Your Dirty Face may provide this training virtually for replacement staff members. There is no fee for Receptionist Training.

Clean Your Dirty Face details the subjects covered in the Owner Training Program, which include Owner Operations Tools (Payroll, Accounting, Pre-opening) for 1 hour, Studio Management Tools for 2 hours, Private Parties & Group Events for 1 hour, Marketing for 4 hours, Printing Graphics for 1 hour, Social Media for 1 hour, and Staff Management for 1 hour. All of these subjects are taught online.

Clean Your Dirty Face may also require franchisees (or their Operating Partner), managers, and employees to attend additional training courses, trade shows, ongoing education or certification programs, and/or webinars. Franchisees are responsible for all travel and living expenses incurred during training programs for themselves and their trainees. Clean Your Dirty Face may modify or discontinue any specific ongoing training or advice provided.
