What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Clean Your Dirty Face Franchise Disclosure Document, franchise owners and their immediate family members are restricted from engaging in activities that could harm the Clean Your Dirty Face brand. Specifically, during the term of the Franchise Agreement, owners cannot solicit or interfere with Clean Your Dirty Face's relationships with customers, vendors, or consultants.
This non-interference clause prevents franchisees from using their position within the Clean Your Dirty Face system to benefit other ventures, especially those that might compete with Clean Your Dirty Face. The definition of "Competitive Business" includes any business offering facials or other skincare services, excluding other Clean Your Dirty Face Facial Bars operated under a franchise agreement.
Additionally, Clean Your Dirty Face franchisees must avoid any actions that could negatively impact the brand's goodwill, including disparagement. This extends to their shareholders, members, officers, directors, and even their families. This broad restriction ensures that everyone associated with the franchise is aligned in protecting the brand's reputation and success.
