Training
We will provide training in the material aspects of operating a CYDF Facial Bar (the "Training Program", which includes the Owner Training program, Skin Boss Training program, and the Receptionist Training program). Before commencing the operations of your CYDF Facial Bar, you (or your Operating Partner) must attend the Owner Training program, which is conducted virtually via the Internet.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Clean Your Dirty Face's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Owner Training program is conducted virtually via the Internet. This training is required before commencing operations of a Clean Your Dirty Face Facial Bar. While there is no fee for the initial Owner Training for the franchisee or their Operating Partner, Clean Your Dirty Face may charge $3,000 for providing Owner Training to each replacement Operating Partner.
The 2025 FDD also specifies that approximately 20 hours of the Owner Training is conducted online. The subjects covered in the Owner Training include Owner Operations Tools (1 hour), Studio Management Tools (2 hours), Private Parties & Group Events (1 hour), Marketing (4 hours), Printing Graphics (1 hour), Social Media (1 hour), Staff Management (1 hour), Quality Assurance Checklist (1 hour), Receptionist Tools (1 hour), Client Appointment Log and Client Intake Form (1 hour), Skin Boss Training Tools (2 hours), Product Guide (1 hour), Opening Checklist (1 hour), Shopify Ordering Appointment (1 hour), and Brand Philosophy (1 hour).
In addition to the Owner Training program, Clean Your Dirty Face requires the franchisee (or their Operating Partner) and all estheticians to attend a 3-day in-person Skin Boss Training program at their corporate training center, currently located in Chicago, Illinois. The Skin Boss Training fee is currently $750 per person. At least one staff member must also complete a 2-day in-person Receptionist Training program at the corporate training center, though replacement staff may be trained virtually. Clean Your Dirty Face may replace any portion of the in-person training with virtual training via live or pre-recorded videos.
