e material aspects of operating a CYDF Facial Bar (the "Training Program"), which includes the following: the Owner Training, the Skin Boss Training, and the Receptionist Training.
Prior to the Opening Date, you (or your Operating Partner) must attend the Owner Training program, which is conducted virtually via the Internet. We do not charge any fee for providing the Owner Training to you (or your Operating Partner); however, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee to train each replacement Operating Partner.
Prior to the Opening Date, you (or your Operating Partner) and all your estheticians must attend our 3-day in-person Skin Boss Training program at our corporate training center (currently, located in Chicago, Illinois). Before attending the Skin Boss Training, you must pay us or cause your attendees to pay us our Skin Boss Training fee, which is currently $750 per person. All replacement estheticians and Operating Partner, must complete our Skin Boss Training program at our corporate training center before providing services to the customers of your Business and pay our then-current Skin Boss Training fee.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Clean Your Dirty Face's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Owner Training program is conducted virtually via the Internet. This training is a mandatory part of the Training Program that franchisees (or their Operating Partner) must attend before the Opening Date of their Clean Your Dirty Face Facial Bar. Clean Your Dirty Face does not charge a fee for the initial Owner Training. However, Clean Your Dirty Face retains the right to charge a reasonable fee for training any replacement Operating Partner.
In addition to the Owner Training, Clean Your Dirty Face requires franchisees (or their Operating Partner) and all estheticians to attend a 3-day in-person Skin Boss Training program at Clean Your Dirty Face's corporate training center, currently located in Chicago, Illinois. The Skin Boss Training has a fee of $750 per person. At least one staff member must complete a 2-day in-person Receptionist Training program at the corporate training center. Clean Your Dirty Face may choose to provide Receptionist Training to replacement staff members virtually via the Internet, and there is no fee for the Receptionist Training.
Clean Your Dirty Face determines the times and locations of the Training Program, which may include remote training via live or pre-recorded videos. Clean Your Dirty Face also determines the length and content of the Training Program and reserves the right to vary the Training Program based on the experience and skill level of the individuals attending. Scheduling of the Training Program is based on the franchisee's and Clean Your Dirty Face's availability, training facility availability, and the franchisee's projected Opening Date.
