Subject to your compliance with these conditions, you agree to open your Business for full use by customers within 180 days after the Effective Date. The date that your Business first opens for business shall be referred to herein as the "Opening Date."
Beginning on the Opening Date, for the duration of the entire term of this Agreement, you agree to operate your Business on a continuous basis in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and our System Standards, which may include minimum business hours and/or days of operation for your Business. You may not abandon your Business, close your Business for business, or operate the Business for less than the minimum business hours and/or days of operation that we specify from time to time, except with our prior written consent.

According to Clean Your Dirty Face's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Opening Date is defined as the date that the franchisee's business first opens for business. The franchisee agrees to open their Clean Your Dirty Face business for full use by customers within 180 days after the Effective Date, provided they meet all regulatory requirements, including all state and local professional regulations.
Clean Your Dirty Face requires that beginning on the Opening Date, the franchisee must operate their business on a continuous basis for the entire term of the agreement, in accordance with the terms of the agreement and Clean Your Dirty Face's System Standards. These standards may include minimum business hours and/or days of operation.
The franchisee cannot abandon their business, close their business, or operate the business for less than the minimum business hours and/or days of operation that Clean Your Dirty Face specifies, unless they obtain prior written consent from Clean Your Dirty Face. This ensures that the Clean Your Dirty Face brand maintains a consistent presence and level of service for its customers.
