What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Clean Your Dirty Face Franchise Disclosure Document, the Training Program is offered on an as-needed basis. The Training Program occurs after signing the Franchise Agreement but before the CYDF Facial Bar opens. The scheduling of the Training Program depends on the franchisee's and Clean Your Dirty Face's availability, the training facility's availability, and the CYDF Facial Bar's projected opening date.
Clean Your Dirty Face also provides additional training as required during the operation of the CYDF Facial Bar. This additional training is part of the assistance Clean Your Dirty Face offers to guide franchisees on standards, specifications, and operating procedures.
If a franchisee (or their Operating Partner), managers, or assistant managers fail to satisfactorily complete the Training Program, Clean Your Dirty Face may require additional training, for which they will charge a training fee. Currently, this fee is $1,000 per 8-hour day, plus reimbursement of actual costs and expenses. Clean Your Dirty Face may also require the Operating Partner and all estheticians to attend the Skin Boss Retraining program at least once every 12 months, with a current fee of $750 per person.
