Any notice we send you by electronic means will be deemed delivered if it is delivered to the address of the Operating Partner listed on Exhibit A, or any other email address your Operating Partner has notified us of, and/or any branded email address we issue your Operating Partner that is associated with a Franchise System Website.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Clean Your Dirty Face's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, any notice sent to the franchisee by electronic means will be considered delivered if sent to specific addresses. These include the address of the Operating Partner listed on Exhibit A of the franchise agreement.
Alternatively, electronic notices are considered delivered if sent to any other email address the Operating Partner has formally notified Clean Your Dirty Face of. This allows for flexibility if the Operating Partner changes their primary email.
Finally, notices sent to any branded email address that Clean Your Dirty Face issues to the Operating Partner, which is associated with a Franchise System Website, are also deemed delivered. This ensures that official communications sent through the brand's own systems are considered received.
