Our affiliate, Krishna IP, LLC ("Krishna IP"), shares our principal business address and owns the intellectual property rights in trademarks, service marks, commercial symbols, trade names, and trade dress associated with the CYDF Facial Bars (collectively, the "Marks") and has granted us the right to sublicense to our franchisees the right to use them.
