Clean_Your_Dirty_Face Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
You agree to obtain and use the computer hardware, sales and scheduling software, pointof-sale system and/or other operating software we specify from time to time (the "Computer System"). We may modify specifications for and components of the Computer System from time to time and you agree to implement our modifications within thirty (30) days after you receive notice from us. We might periodically require you to purchase, lease, and/or license new or modified computer hardware and/or software and to obtain service and support for the Computer System. Although we cannot estimate the future costs of the Computer System or required service or support, and although these costs might not be fully amortizable over this Agreement's remaining term, you agree to incur the costs of obtaining the computer hardware and software comprising the Computer System (and any additions and modifications) and required service or support.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Clean Your Dirty Face Franchise Disclosure Document, Clean Your Dirty Face has the right to modify the specifications and components of the required Computer System. The franchisee is obligated to implement these modifications within 30 days of receiving notice from Clean Your Dirty Face.
This requirement extends to purchasing, leasing, or licensing new or modified computer hardware and/or software, as well as obtaining necessary service and support for the Computer System. While the FDD does not provide an estimate for future costs associated with these changes, nor guarantee that these costs will be fully amortizable over the agreement's remaining term, the franchisee is still responsible for covering the expenses of the Computer System, including any additions, modifications, and required support.
This clause ensures that Clean Your Dirty Face can maintain a consistent and up-to-date technology infrastructure across all franchise locations. However, it also places a financial burden on the franchisee, who must be prepared to invest in upgrades and modifications to the Computer System as directed by Clean Your Dirty Face. Prospective franchisees should carefully consider these potential costs and their impact on their business's profitability.
