Skin Boss Training Program (3-day, in-person training)
Before commencing the operations of your CYDF Facial Bar, you (or your Operating Partner) and all your estheticians must attend our 3-day in-person Skin Boss Training program at our corporate training center (currently, Chicago, Illinois). Before attending the Skin Boss Training, you must pay us or cause your attendees to pay us our Skin Boss Training fee, which is currently $750 per person. All replacement estheticians and Operating Partner must complete our Skin Boss Training program at our corporate training center (currently, Chicago, Illinois) before providing services to the customers of your CYDF Facial Bar and pay our then-current Skin Boss Training fee.
We may, in our sole discretion, require your Operating Partner and all your estheticians to attend the Skin Boss Retraining program at least once in every 12 months. Prior to attending the Skin Boss Retraining you must pay us or cause your attendees to pay us our then-current Skin Boss Retraining fee, currently $750 per person.
We may vary the length and content of the Training Program based upon the experience and skill level of the individual attending.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Clean Your Dirty Face's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Skin Boss Training program is a 3-day in-person training. This training is mandatory for the franchisee (or their Operating Partner) and all estheticians before commencing operations of the Clean Your Dirty Face Facial Bar. The training takes place at the corporate training center, which is currently located in Chicago, Illinois.
Prior to attending the Skin Boss Training, the franchisee must pay a Skin Boss Training fee of $750 per person. This fee applies to all attendees, including the franchisee, their Operating Partner, and all estheticians. Replacement estheticians and Operating Partners are also required to complete the Skin Boss Training program and pay the then-current Skin Boss Training fee before providing services at the Clean Your Dirty Face Facial Bar.
Clean Your Dirty Face may also require the Operating Partner and all estheticians to attend a Skin Boss Retraining program at least once every 12 months. The franchisee must pay the then-current Skin Boss Retraining fee, which is currently $750 per person, before attending the retraining. The franchisor retains the right to modify the length and content of the Training Program based on the experience and skill level of the individual attending.
