Before commencing the operations of your CYDF Facial Bar, you (or your Operating Partner) and all your estheticians must attend our 3-day in-person Skin Boss Training program at our corporate training center (currently, Chicago, Illinois). What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Clean Your Dirty Face's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Skin Boss Training program is a 3-day in-person training. This training is mandatory for the franchisee (or their Operating Partner) and all estheticians before commencing operations of their Clean Your Dirty Face Facial Bar. The training takes place at Clean Your Dirty Face's corporate training center, which is currently located in Chicago, Illinois.
Before attending the Skin Boss Training, the franchisee must pay Clean Your Dirty Face a Skin Boss Training fee. The current fee is $750 per person. The franchisee is also responsible for covering all travel and living expenses, including wages, transportation, food, lodging, and workers' compensation insurance, for all trainees attending the program.
Clean Your Dirty Face may also require the Operating Partner and all estheticians to attend a Skin Boss Retraining program at least once every 12 months, for which the current fee is also $750 per person. The franchisor retains the right to modify the training program's content and length based on the attendees' experience and skill levels. The scheduling of the training is dependent on the availability of both the franchisee and Clean Your Dirty Face, the training facility's availability, and the projected opening date of the Clean Your Dirty Face Facial Bar.
