Before commencing the operations of your CYDF Facial Bar, you (or your Operating Partner) and all your estheticians must attend our 3-day in-person Skin Boss Training program at our corporate training center (currently, Chicago, Illinois). Before attending the Skin Boss Training, you must pay us or cause your attendees to pay us our Skin Boss Training fee, which is currently $750 per person. All replacement estheticians and Operating Partner must complete our Skin Boss Training program at our corporate training center (currently, Chicago, Illinois) before providing services to the customers of your CYDF Facial Bar and pay our then-current Skin Boss Training fee.
Before commencing the operations of your CYDF Facial Bar, at least one of your staff members must successfully complete our "Receptionist Training." The initial Receptionist Training program is a 2-day in-person training program that is conducted at our corporate training center (currently, Chicago, Illinois); however, we may choose to provide the Receptionist Training to any replacement staff member virtually, via the Internet. We do not charge any fee for providing the Receptionist Training.
We will provide the Training Program at the times and locations we determine and we may replace any portion of the in-person Training Program with virtual training via live or pre-recorded videos. We will also determine the length and content of the Training Program. We may vary the Training Program based

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Clean Your Dirty Face's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the in-person training programs are currently conducted at their corporate training center in Chicago, Illinois. This includes the 3-day Skin Boss Training program that the franchisee (or their Operating Partner) and all estheticians must attend before commencing operations. Replacement estheticians and Operating Partners must also complete this training before providing services. Franchisees are responsible for the $750 per person Skin Boss Training fee.
In addition, the initial 2-day Receptionist Training program is also conducted in person at the corporate training center in Chicago, Illinois. However, Clean Your Dirty Face may choose to provide subsequent Receptionist Training to replacement staff members virtually via the Internet. There is no fee for the Receptionist Training.
While Clean Your Dirty Face specifies that the in-person training takes place in Chicago, Illinois, they retain the right to change the location of the training program. The FDD also states that Clean Your Dirty Face may replace any portion of the in-person training with virtual training via live or pre-recorded videos, and may vary the length and content of the Training Program based on the experience and skill level of the individual(s) attending.
