Where is the initial Clean Your Dirty Face Receptionist Training program conducted?

According to Clean Your Dirty Face's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial Receptionist Training program is conducted in person at their corporate training center, which is currently located in Chicago, Illinois. This initial training is a 2-day program. However, Clean Your Dirty Face may choose to provide subsequent Receptionist Training to any replacement staff member virtually, via the Internet. There is no fee charged for the Receptionist Training.

For prospective Clean Your Dirty Face franchisees, this means that at least one staff member must complete the 2-day in-person Receptionist Training program in Chicago before the CYDF Facial Bar can commence operations. While the franchisee does not have to pay a fee for the training itself, they will be responsible for all travel and living expenses (including, wages, transportation, food, lodging, and workers' compensation insurance) incurred by the staff member during the training.

Clean Your Dirty Face retains the right to modify the training program, including replacing in-person training with virtual training via live or pre-recorded videos. They also determine the length and content of the Training Program and may vary it based on the experience and skill level of the individual(s) attending. Franchisees should confirm the current location and format of the Receptionist Training program prior to opening their CYDF Facial Bar.
