What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Clean Your Dirty Face's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise fee for a single CYDF Facial Bar is $50,000. This fee is paid in a lump sum when the Franchise Agreement is signed. The FDD specifies that this initial franchise fee is non-refundable, in whole or in part, under any circumstances.

Notably, Clean Your Dirty Face offers a Multi-Unit Development Rider (MUDR). If a franchisee signs a Franchise Agreement with a MUDR, they can commit to developing up to 2 additional CYDF Facial Bars. The total initial franchise fee for a signed Franchise Agreement with a MUDR ranges from $50,000 for one CYDF Facial Bar to $150,000 for three CYDF Facial Bars. This amount is also payable in a lump sum and is non-refundable. The benefit of the MUDR is that the franchisee will not be required to pay an additional initial franchise fee for the subsequent CYDF Facial Bars opened under the agreement.
