What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Clean Your Dirty Face's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise fee for each additional CYDF Facial Bar is $50,000. This fee is payable in a lump sum via wire transfer of immediately available funds, and it is non-refundable. This payment is due concurrently with the execution of the Rider agreement.
Clean Your Dirty Face requires franchisees to develop their 2nd and 3rd CYDF Facial Bars before the 2nd anniversary of the opening date of their first location. To do so, franchisees must sign Additional Franchise Agreements and lease agreements for the premises of the additional locations. These locations must be within a specified search area and approved by Clean Your Dirty Face.
By paying the initial franchise fee upfront, franchisees are not required to pay any additional initial franchise fees when they execute the Additional Franchise Agreements for their 2nd and 3rd locations. This upfront payment secures the right to expand with Clean Your Dirty Face under the terms outlined in the Rider agreement.
