We have developed or may develop standards and specifications for types, models and brands of required fixtures, furniture, equipment, components of the Computer System, furnishings, and signs, and other products, materials, supplies and services to be used at CYDF Facial Bars (collectively, the "Operating Assets"). You may purchase and use only the Operating Assets meeting our standards and specifications. Currently, other than minor supplies (i.e., cleaning products) and equipment (i.e., computer cables), you are required to purchase all

Operating Assets according to our standards and specifications, including fixtures, furniture, equipment, and the Computer System. Our specifications for the Operating Assets are included in the Operations Manual or are otherwise periodically conveyed to you in writing by us.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Clean Your Dirty Face's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the specifications for Operating Assets can be found in the Operations Manual or will be conveyed to the franchisee in writing. Operating Assets include required fixtures, furniture, equipment, components of the Computer System, furnishings, signs, and other products, materials, supplies, and services to be used at Clean Your Dirty Face Facial Bars. Franchisees must only purchase and use Operating Assets that meet Clean Your Dirty Face's standards and specifications.

Other than minor supplies and equipment, franchisees are required to purchase all Operating Assets according to Clean Your Dirty Face's standards and specifications. Clean Your Dirty Face has the right to inspect a proposed supplier's facilities and require product samples for testing. The franchisee may be required to reimburse Clean Your Dirty Face for the direct costs and expenses incurred for testing such product or supplier, including travel costs and costs of inspections.

Clean Your Dirty Face may modify their purchase arrangements with suppliers at any time and enter into or terminate any purchase arrangements at any time. Franchisees may be required to purchase items at a price or on other terms Clean Your Dirty Face has negotiated in advance. Collectively, purchases obtained according to Clean Your Dirty Face's standards and specifications or from approved or designated suppliers represent approximately 90% of the total purchases to establish a Clean Your Dirty Face Facial Bar and up to 90% of the total purchases to operate a Clean Your Dirty Face Facial Bar.
