Can a Clean Your Dirty Face franchisee request additional training?

Clean_Your_Dirty_Face Franchise · 2025 FDD

Answer from 2025 FDD Document

You (or your Operating Partner) may request additional training. We and you will jointly determine the duration of this additional training, and we reserve the right to charge you our thencurrent training fee for such additional training. However, if your attendees satisfactorily complete the Training Program and have not expressly informed us at the end of the program that they do not feel sufficiently trained, then they will be deemed to have been trained sufficiently to operate a CYDF Facial Bar.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Clean Your Dirty Face's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees can request additional training. The duration of this training will be jointly determined by the franchisee and Clean Your Dirty Face. However, Clean Your Dirty Face retains the right to charge its then-current training fee for this additional training.

Even if attendees complete the initial Training Program, if they express feeling insufficiently trained, they can request more training. If attendees complete the program and do not express any concerns about their training level, they will be considered sufficiently trained to operate a Clean Your Dirty Face Facial Bar.

Clean Your Dirty Face also has the discretion to require franchisees, their Operating Partners, or any required manager to attend additional training if they are not properly trained. In such cases, Clean Your Dirty Face can require the individual to cease providing services until they undergo further training, for which Clean Your Dirty Face will charge its then-current additional training fee. Clean Your Dirty Face may also require the Operating Partner and all estheticians to attend the Skin Boss Retraining program at least once every twelve months, with a current fee of $750 per person.

This policy ensures that Clean Your Dirty Face maintains quality and consistency across all franchise locations, while also providing franchisees with options for additional support if needed. Franchisees should factor in potential additional training costs when budgeting and consider the implications of Clean Your Dirty Face requiring further training for themselves or their staff.
